Job description

This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote position requires travel in downtown Manhattan or New York, NY and the surrounding area.

To be considered for the position, you must reside in New York or the surrounding area.

We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes, residential construction or high end luxury properties is preferred.

Qualifications:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
  3. Deadline and detail oriented.
  4. Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
  5. Possess great interpersonal skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Work setting: Remote in the Birmingham area. You must be able to commute daily to downtown NY and the surrounding area.

Compensation:
  1. $30/hour.
