Job summary

ExactHire is seeking an on-site new home sales professional in Fort Myers, FL. This commission-based role requires you to educate buyers, qualify leads, and guide them through the entire home buying process.

You will build Realtor partnerships, develop community marketing plans, and strive to meet sales goals while providing an exceptional home buying experience. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with buyers to close sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or other similar sales software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads, qualify buyers, and guide homebuyers through the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan and identify Realtor partnerships and outreach programs.
• Educate buyers on community, products, mortgage, construction, and closing processes.
• Qualify buyers for the community and communicate effectively with the team.
• Attend meetings to stay informed on market conditions, property values, and legislation.
• Support team to ensure a seamless home buying experience and achieve sales goals.
