Job summary

NVR is seeking Sales Representatives for Ryan Homes, NVHomes and related brands to drive new home sales through enthusiasm, strong client relations, and industry knowledge. You will engage buyers, showcase our homes, and guide them from first contact to close in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

During training, you will earn $34.62 per hour, with commission-based compensation thereafter. Exceptional performers can reach high earnings while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
