Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to guide buyers through the homebuying journey, from first contact to closing, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work with a Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience, conduct community tours, discuss home features, and support pre-construction, loan, and closing activities. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional.
• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey.
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities.
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge.
