Job summary

Adams Homes in Dickinson, TX is seeking top-performing sales professionals to build a six-figure career with one of America's leading homebuilders. Work onsite in new communities, with model homes open daily and weekend hours.

You'll become an expert on communities, floor plans, pricing and financing, proactively generate leads, guide buyers from first contact through closing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.
• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.
