Job Description

Mungo Homes is adding a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to our team in the Wilmington, NC market!

This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community. This will include showing community to prospective buyers, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Show prospective clients available properties within the assigned community. Answer potential buyers’ questions regarding construction, financing, amenities, and availability.
  • Participate in available training for self-development and to improve sales techniques.
  • Promote sales of properties using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.
  • Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.
  • Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable of the local real estate market.
  • Pursue continuous improvement within the position working towards overall sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed previous performance levels based on key indicators and specific goals for the sales department.
  • Resolve late payment issues.
  • Review product designs for continuous improvement and manage prototype development in the assigned area.
  • Maintain safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: One to three years related experience and/or training in residential real estate.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), KOVA software (preferred).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: North Carolina Residential Real Estate License.
