Job summary

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a motivated New Home Advisor to join the Lancaster County team. You will guide customers through the home buying journey and participate in comprehensive sales training to become a top performer.

Weekend availability is required to meet client schedules and maximize opportunities. Previous home sales experience is not required, as Keystone offers coaching and support to help you obtain the Builder Owner License.

We are looking for individuals to become part of the Keystone Sales Team to guide our customers to 'Building Dreams' of their own. What's the catch? You must be flexible and work weekends- when your customers are available to meet with you! If you don't have a real estate license, Keystone will help you get your Builder Owner License.
