Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a New Hire Trainer to guide new associates through the skills, safety practices, and production knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll lead hands-on training, coach proper work techniques, and reinforce safe, efficient job habits to build strong teams.

This position pays a base rate of $18.50 per hour with potential bonuses, shift differentials, and overtime where applicable. Perdue offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401(k) with employer match after

Qualifications

• 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field.
• 6 months of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Introduce associates to their jobs, including basic training, rotation procedures, safety work habits, donning and doffing procedures and clock-in/clock-out procedures.
• Maintain a skill level at or above the required certification level for all positions.
• Be able to perform a scrape test and evaluate new associates.
• Review performance with associates and advise of strengths and weaknesses.
