Perdue Foods is seeking a Debone Trainer in North Carolina to help shape our future workforce. You will introduce new associates to the skills, safety practices, and production knowledge needed to succeed, guiding hands-on training and reinforcing safe, efficient job habits.
You will coach team members, document evaluations, maintain certification levels, and report progress daily to the Supervisor. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality in a poultry processing environment.
