We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hotel West & Main!

We seek individuals passionate about serving others. As a front desk agent, you will be at the heart of the hotel, engaging directly with guests. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will significantly impact the guest experience. Role Responsibilities:

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
• Maintain high levels of service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk assistance.
• Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
