UCHealth seeks a Graduate RN for the Nurse Residency Program in the Pueblo region. The position is full-time, onsite, with a 0.9 FTE schedule and rotation to night shifts as needed.

The role supports the first 12 months of practice under supervision, aligned with UCHealth standards, values, and mission. New graduates participate in a structured residency with opportunities for PSLF assistance and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification with in-hand card before start date; acceptable through AHA or ARC.

Work Schedule

Full Time - rotate to night shift or unit specific schedule, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Required Licensure / Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date and valid through sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire; all renewals must be completed through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.)

Loan Repayment

Salary / Pay Rate

Pay rate for this position is: $32.01 - $38.91 / hour based on RN Graduate Specialty upon hire
