Qualifications

  • Up to 24 months of related product management experience through internships or early roles.

The Tone: This is a pipeline requisition for full-time graduate roles at HP, Inc., located in the United States, targeting candidates for 2026 and 2027. What You’ll Actually Do
  • Product Management: Drive product roadmapping, manage product backlogs, and oversee the entire product lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and define product requirements, translating them into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct customer and user research, perform data analysis, and utilize A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and manage relationships with various stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • UX/UI Application: Apply UX/UI principles to guide product development, ensuring a user-centric approach to solutions.
The Must-Haves
  • Background: Completed or completing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior to the start date, with no more than 12 months since graduation and no more than 24 months of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). Must be able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems / IT, Business / Business Analytics, Product / Project Management, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics / Statistics.
  • Experience: Up to 24 months of prior professional experience related to product management, gained through internships or early career roles, demonstrating engagement with product roadmapping, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product lifecycle management, user research, data analysis, and effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Bonus: Project experience showcasing strong analytical, modeling, and research skills; strong executive-level presentation skills; proven success in delivering results in cross-functional team settings; and the ability to navigate ambiguous or unstructured work situations.
