Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, within 12 months of graduation, US work authorization required.
• Up to 24 months of related product management experience through internships or early roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and user research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmaps and manage product backlogs using Agile/Scrum.
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer and user research and perform data analysis to guide decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across teams.
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure user-centric product development.
