Qualifications

• Graduate nurse completing program with intent to licensure within 90 days.
• Nursing licensure within 90 days of graduation is required to remain employed.
• Strong clinical skills with patient- and safety-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Conducts assessments and participates in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Develops and implements plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient responses and modifies care plans accordingly.
