Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a New Graduate Electrical Engineer for the Midlothian Cement Plant in Texas. You will support electrical maintenance, assist with control system projects, and contribute to reliability improvements while working within the Build4Growth program lasting 16 months.
You will collaborate with maintenance teams, document electrical schematics, participate in safety trainings, and help implement process improvements to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant. The role ensures electrical project work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental requirements. The engineer plans, schedules, and executes all control system activities in the plant to maximize equipment utilization and reliability. As a New Graduate, you will also be part of the Amrize Build4Growth Program, a 16‑month cement manufacturing learning and development program.
