Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, night-shift home care. You will visit patients in Newark, Delaware, and deliver compassionate nursing services including assessments, medication administration, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on).
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to patient locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Document care using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
