Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Washington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our private duty homecare team. Morning and overnight shifts available; full-time or part-time hours offered.

You'll work with diverse patients, provide compassionate care, and document care plans using a tablet in each home. Requirements include an active LPN license, CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home healthcare nursing to patients as assigned.
• Handle cases including G-tube, Trach and Vent as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate with supervising clinicians.

Both Morning & Overnight shifts are needed.

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.
