Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Bellevue, WA. You will care for patients in a private duty home setting, including cases with G-tube, Trach, and Vent. Pace is fast but supportive, with 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM shifts Friday through Tuesday.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on) encouraged.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing to assigned patients.
• Document patient care using Aveanna tablet in each home.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
