Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate in-home private duty nursing across assignments in Washington. This full-time night shift role runs Friday–Tuesday 9:00pm–9:00am, with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license and CPR certification; TB test within 12 months; reliable transportation; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care across assigned cases.
• Document care using an in-home tablet and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
