Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate home-based nursing care in our growing team. The role supports urgent cases and all acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent, with options for morning or overnight shifts and both full-time and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.
• Work morning and overnight shifts.
• Full and part time hours guaranteed.
• Provide home-based nursing care with compassion and professionalism.

We are seeking compassionate nurses to join our growing team and assist with urgent cases!

• Base pay Range: $30-34/HR (Depending on Experience and based on specific cases)

Case specific rates available to discuss upon interview

Both Morning & Overnight shifts are needed.

Full and part time hours guarenteed

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.

Pay Rate: $28-32/HR
