Job summary

Netic is looking for a recent graduate to join as a recruiter, working closely with founders to learn how top-tier engineering and go-to-market teams are built. The role focuses on outreach, full lifecycle recruiting, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

You will help build a fast-growing startup in the AI-powered services space, with opportunities to grow into venture capital or operations roles.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming degree from a top school.
• Grit and ability to move fast in a changing startup environment.
• Strong communication and comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical people.
• Analytical mindset focused on response rates and data-driven improvements.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Find and talk to software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders; own outreach strategy.
• Learn the full hiring lifecycle: outbound pitches, initial screens, pipeline, close offers.
• Use AI and automation to handle repetitive tasks and improve messaging.
• Partner with internal teams to calibrate active roles and fix bottlenecks with data.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and tell the Netic story.
