Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN license in MA.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required in some units.
• BSN preferred; if not held, commitment to BSN within required timeframe.
• For CN/CCU roles, unit-specific certifications may apply.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform nursing assessments.
• Develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the health team.
• Maintain documentation, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
