Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus invites new graduate nurses to join H60, a brand-new 50-bed unit forming part of the trauma program. As a New Grad RN Resident, you will build nursing skills alongside a dedicated team and contribute to a growing program from the ground up.

The program offers hands-on experience, simulation labs, nine tracks, loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, and a supportive environment focused on safety and caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and act to correct it.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
