Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus invites skilled Registered Nurses to join the new H60 Trauma Acute Care Unit. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and help establish a brand-new unit focused on trauma and acute care pathways.

The position emphasizes direct nursing care, patient education, and discharge planning, with a day/night rotation and every other weekend/holiday requirements. Salary range reflects competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma/ADN/BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• One year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

Be part of something new at H60, a 50-bed Trauma Acute Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus that will play an integral role in the growth of the emerging trauma program. This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to help shape a brand-new unit, build a strong team culture, and deliver exceptional care to patients throughout their recovery. The unit will initially care for a medical-surgical population before transitioning into its long-term role as a dedicated Trauma Acute Care Unit.

H60 offers an environment where nurses can make an immediate impact while developing specialized expertise in trauma and acute care. With the opportunity to help establish the foundation of a new unit and grow alongside an evolving program, this is more than a nursing role. A caregiver in this position works a day/night rotation from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday requirement.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• One year of current acute care RN experience
• Will consider military RN experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $35.50

Maximum hourly: $55.60
