Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse to join its Magnet-recognized team. The role offers a one-year Nurse Residency with nine tracks, robust pay and comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

You will participate in a residency core curriculum, work with a success coach, and care for patients on a rotating day/night schedule with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
ACLS certification if in Critical Care or within first year of hire
New grad or RN with <1 year experience or moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preferences and resources.
Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and take corrective action.
Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
Document in patients’ medical records.
