Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland is hiring a New Grad RN Resident for the Med/Surg and Telemetry units. You will join a Magnet-designated facility and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care with guidance from a dedicated coach.

This one-year Nurse Residency offers nine tracks, online modules, simulation labs, and hands-on training; benefits include RN Loan Repayment, Tuition Reimbursement, and relocation assistance for those relocating to join us.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross).
• ACLS if in a Critical Care area must be presented on hire or within first year.
• New grad or RN with <1 year experience, or moving from non-inpatient to acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise patient care priorities (acuity, patient preference, resources).
• Respond to data indicating risk and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision when needed and perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients' medical records.
