Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital invites applications for a year‑long RN Residency on the General Medicine/Geriatric unit. You will work with a dedicated coach, gain hands‑on experience, and develop clinical judgement while providing direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients.

The program features a core residency with nine tracks, industry‑leading benefits, and a collaborative environment that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN licensure or pending licensure
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cros presented upon hire
• New grad or <1 year RN experience or transition from non-inpatient to acute care with <1 year RN experience

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care as part of a residency cohort and with a coach
• Establish or revise patient care priorities based on acuity and preferences
• Respond to risks to patient health and initiate corrective action
• Seek supervision and assistance when needed to perform safely
• Document care in patients' medical records
