Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital invites new graduate registered nurses to join its Magnet-designated nursing team. As an RN Resident, you will deliver direct patient care on the 5 Pavilion Telemetry unit, under the guidance of a success coach, while engaging in a structured residency with dedicated learning tracks.

You will rotate through a core curriculum, participate in hands-on training, and contribute to exceptional patient experiences in a top national health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• New grad or less than one year RN experience in inpatient acute care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resource availability.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective action.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
