• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Telemetry/ICU/PCU ACLS; Post Surg Chemo within first year.
• Basic computer and software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse populations.
• Assess needs, develop goals, evaluate care, and revise plans.
• Delegate tasks to team members to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
