Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing (RN) education program.
• Must be enrolled in Intermountain Nurse Residency program before direct patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.

• Demonstrates understanding of steps in the nursing process and care plan development under direct RN supervision.
• Collects patient data (vital signs) and reports changes under RN supervision.
• Observes prioritization and development of the interdisciplinary plan of care under the RN.
• Observes implementation of the patient plan of care considering patient needs under RN supervision.
• Reports patient responses to treatments and collaborates with the RN on changes.
• Participates in patient/family education under RN supervision.
