Job summary

The Nursing Graduate role at Intermountain Healthcare provides supervised exposure to the nursing process and patient care within the Intermountain Nurse Residency program. Starts immediately and supports advancing toward RN licensure while under RN supervision.

Rate: Nursing Grad $32.27/hour; New Grad RN $35.22/hour; Shift: NIGHT. After completing the residency or failing boards, eligibility changes and the position may transition to other roles.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing (RN) education program. Education will be verified.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Preferred: Licensed or Passed NCLEX awaiting licensure

Responsibilities

• Under direct RN supervision, participate in patient care delivery and nursing processes.
• Assist in data collection and documentation under RN supervision.
• Support planning and prioritization of patient needs with the RN during shifts.
• Assist in implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care under supervision.
• Support patient and family education under the RN guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards while progressing through the Nurse Residency program.
