Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• RN license and BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in line with nursing process and protocols.
• Monitors patient conditions, documents findings, and administers medications.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety throughout care.
• Provides education to patients and families post-discharge.
• Performs telemetry data analysis and responds to abnormalities.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
