Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) required.
• RN license or Graduate Nurse in the state.
• No previous experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered and document care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about condition, plan and medications.
