You'll follow a core curriculum, work with a success coach, document in medical records, and advance your skills through structured supervision and feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• New grad or less than one year RN work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preference, and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
