Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing (RN) education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of the nursing process and patient plan of care under RN supervision.
• Collects patient data (vital signs) and reports changes under RN supervision.
• Observes RN-driven prioritization and interdisciplinary care plans during shifts.
• Observes implementation of the patient plan, addressing patients' needs under supervision.
• Reports patient responses to treatments and collaborates with the RN on changes.
• Participates in patient/family education needs as determined by assessments.
• Maintains accountability for patient care delivery within the defined role under RN supervision.
• Complies with regulatory standards, maintains confidentiality, and progresses toward RN licensure.
