Prisma Health in Richland is seeking a new graduate nurse for its Nurse Residency Program in the Nephrology unit. The program blends core clinical training with specialty education, including quality and safety classes, simulation labs, and one-on-one skill validation under clinical mentors.

You will gain hands-on experience under the supervision of a licensed RN, build nursing competencies, and participate in ongoing professional development and peer support as you advance.

Qualificações

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - No previous experience required; candidates with more than 12 months experience are not eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in patient assessment and care under direct RN supervision.
• Document nursing care and maintain unit standards.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and clinical documentation.
• Support care coordination and patient education under supervision.
