Job summary

North Country HealthCare, Inc. in the United States (New Hampshire) is seeking a Registered Nurse or LPN New Graduate for a structured orientation and mentorship program.

The position includes comprehensive training and simulation experiences to build clinical skills and professional confidence. The role offers an RN hourly range of $41.39, $51.80, $55.94 and an LPN hourly range of $27.27, $34.10, $36.83, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN.
• Current RN or LPN license or eligibility to obtain RN licensure in the practicing state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification and renewal as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation including hands‑on training and simulation sessions.
• Deliver patient care under supervision while following protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to refine clinical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post‑treatment care.
• Assist with procedures and manage medical equipment as needed.
• Document care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Receive feedback from mentors and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Attend workshops and seminars to advance nursing practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Respond empathetically to patient requests and provide high‑level service.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development.
