Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its one-year Nurse Residency program on the 4 East/4 West/4 South units. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross
New grad or <1 year RN experience or transition from non-inpatient to acute direct care with <1 year RN experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care alongside a care team
Assist in patient assessment and priority setting
Document in electronic medical records accurately
Collaborate with preceptors to ensure safe patient care
Participate in residency core curriculum and hands-on training
