Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, person-centred care and participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, and mentorship programs for newly licensed RNs.

Responsibilities include developing bedside skills, using EHRs, recognizing patient changes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical standards and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN may be considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and Illinois RN licensure or eligibility.
• If awaiting licensure, provide NCLEX results and timely licence applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care and bedside skills.
• Utilize electronic health records and clinical equipment.
• Recognise patient condition changes and communicate with patients and teams.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and ethical considerations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentorship programs.
