AtlantiCare is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to strengthen their nursing practice under direct supervision. The role involves direct and indirect patient care as you transition from student to healthcare team member.

You will participate in an accredited Nurse Residency Program with mentorship and monthly seminars to build confidence, leadership, and clinical skills for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with teamwork and flexible to dynamic clinical settings.

Responsibilities
