HCA HealthONE Swedish in Colorado is excited to invite applications for the RN Nurse Residency Program. This year-long paid residency offers hands-on experiences, mentorship from nurse educators, and a guided transition from student nurse to registered nurse within a supportive clinical setting.

The program supports growth through clinical training, monthly education, mentoring, and evidence-based projects, with cohort start dates listed and relocation available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS within 1 year of employment.
• RN license in the state.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• No prior RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions at admission and throughout shifts.
• Administer medications and document care in the patient record.
• Provide teaching to patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
