Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital invites new graduate registered nurses to join the Labor and Delivery RN Residency program. You will work nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with on‑call and weekend/holiday rotation, in a Magnet Hospital setting renowned for high‑quality maternal care.

You will receive extensive orientation, mentorship and education in fetal monitoring, breastfeeding support and patient‑centered care, as part of a dedicated maternal‑fetal team. BSN preferred and RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care under supervision, following established policies and procedures.
• Participates in residency core curriculum and coaching to develop clinical skills.
• Assists with admissions, patient care planning and discharge coordination.
• Performs assessments and monitoring for labor, delivery and postpartum patients.

Education
