Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and nursing degree per Virginia requirements.
• Less than 1 year of RN experience.
• Strong English communication and accurate documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care with interprofessional team and families; ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Serve as preceptor/mentor to other staff and support ongoing professional development.
