Qualifications

• Recent graduates must have completed nursing program within the last 9 months.
• Graduate from an accredited BSN or ADN program; ADN grads must complete BSN within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in didactic, clinical and experiential learning as part of the residency.
• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Work with preceptors to build competency and professional practice behaviors.
