AdventHealth in Florida is hiring a new graduate RN for full-time night shifts across multiple units including Medical/Surgical, PCUs, Critical Care and Emergency Department. The program runs 2027 Winter Cohorts: January & March.

Salary range posted: $31.85–$52.76 per hour, with Florida 2 background screening and licensure requirements. Candidates should have an Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred), be within one year of graduation, hold a Florida RN license or obtain it before licensure

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Must have less than one year of experience.
• Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline).
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
