AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is recruiting for the 2027 Winter Cohort of new graduate nurses to join Medical/Surgical, PCU, Critical Care and Emergency Department units. This full-time night-shift role offers benefits from day one and a clear path through the Clinical Ladder based on experience and achievement.

Candidates graduating soon or with less than one year of RN experience must hold an Florida RN license and a current BLS.

Formación

• Associate's of Nursing from accredited school; CCNE/ACEN preferred.
• Must have <1 year of experience.
• Graduating within the next year or graduated within the past 3 years.
• Current Florida RN license (or eligibility by deadline).
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Professional Resume.

Responsabilidades

• Work on units offered (Medical/Surgical, PCU, Critical Care, Emergency Department).
• Contribute to patient care teams on night shifts.
• Participate in the Nursing onboarding and credentialing process.

Educación

Associate's of Nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Florida RN license

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
