Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC is seeking a Nurse Resident for the Cardiac and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. The program offers classroom learning, simulation, precepted clinical experiences, and ongoing professional development with mentorship from pediatric specialists.

Graduates with DC RN licensure by March 2027 are eligible; cohort starts March 15, 2027. The 26-bed CICU and 46-bed PICU provide advanced care, including ECMO, VAD, heart transplant, and Telehealth

• RN will complete hospital and nursing orientation.
• Identify resources and know when to ask for assistance.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Identify self-learning needs and seek resources to meet those needs.
