Qualifications

• New graduate RN must have completed nursing program and be within 12 months of hire.
• Massachusetts RN licensure and eligibility for state endorsement.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Care for medically complex patients in a Medical Cardiac IMCU with intermediate-level monitoring.
• Develop clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including cardiology, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, nephrology, physicians, and APPs.
• Provide patient-centered care and respond to deterioration with timely nursing interventions.
