The program emphasizes structured education, hands-on clinical experience, and mentorship, with orientation leading to a solid transition-to-practice on a Step Down unit.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Registration and current MA RN licensure preferred prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Involves nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and families across the health care continuum.
• Reports to the Unit Nurse Director.
• Care for patients across the IMCU with high-acuity cardiac and medical needs.
