Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN license in North Carolina by start date.
• No prior experience required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Responsibilities

• Education - Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self.
• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and communicates with the team.
• Implementation - Delivers care for patients with complex problems and organizes care.
• Leadership - Develops goals for professional growth and collaborates with staff.
• Planning - Collaborates with patient/family to plan and update the plan of care.
